Annoying Printer

I tried to follow the instruction and it seems that if you want to print an attachment from an email it seems that you have to save it your desktop because I've tried to open and print and it won't do it. I also had to set it up to my wifi more than once.

That feature never seems to work. Not only that, but every time the printer goes to sleep it shows offline and I have to shut it down just for the PCs to recognize it-even though I “wake” it up. Same issues on multiple PCs. Since we don’t print a lot of things it will get the job done, but not impressed.

Believe me I've checked all connections and it doesn't work at all through my computer. I started using my phone and it kind of works better through my phone but sometimes the app doesn't connect. It's very frustrating. When it prints, the print quality isn't very great. It works for what I need it.
