    Its easy enough to print directly with a cord from laptop to printer, but the connection to laptops is not consistent. It works well with our phones, but not all our laptops. The macs struggle with it. I have to reinstall every time I print. If you are printing from your phone, it works fine.

    Had to do almost an hour of troubleshooting. Finally figured out I needed to go to HP.com and download the drivers separately, then sit through a 20 minute download...on each of my devices. Pretty rough tbh - why is this even sitting on the client side? The device is connected to the internet and I'm printing through a browser...seems like an opportunity here?
