General printing is fine, although goes through ink quickly. Picture printing doesn't work very well at all. Got one good print out, and the second copy of the same thing shifted so the picture was approximately 75% of the bottom, followed by a giant white stripe. Each successive attempt produced something similar.

While the design, print speed and paper capacity are appropriate for the cost... my HP printer has never printed in DRAFT mode. After multiple hours (I truly mean multiple) working with HP support, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, reviewing my settings, etc., the problem has not be solved. Thi means everything i printed is "high-quality" rather than "draft" which uses much more ink. I rarely print, and in three months have gone through 4 print cartridges. In three months I have spent more on ink than the cost of the printer. The support from HP has been terrible and even more disappointing is the assistance (or lack thereof) from Best Buy. Thankfully with the cost so low, I can simply get a different brand. I recommend a different model or brand.
