    I replaced a Canon printer with this HP model. While the design, print speed and paper capacity are appropriate for the cost... my HP printer has never printed in DRAFT mode. After multiple hours (I truly mean multiple) working with HP support, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, reviewing my settings, etc., the problem has not be solved. Thi means everything i printed is "high-quality" rather than "draft" which uses much more ink. I rarely print, and in three months have gone through 4 print cartridges. In three months I have spent more on ink than the cost of the printer. The support from HP has been terrible and even more disappointing is the assistance (or lack thereof) from Best Buy. Thankfully with the cost so low, I can simply get a different brand. I recommend a different model or brand.

      Since you already tried support and did not seem to help, maybe the best approach is using our warranty service as your printer might be defective. To use it, please call us at +1 800-474-6836 between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm ET. To expedite the process, you can gather these beforehand:
      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Your case number (from prior contact with support)
