    The quality of this printer is definitely reflected in the price. It took forever to get the printer to work initially because the paper tray is very difficult to push in. I was able to print one tray full of documents. When I reloaded the paper, the printer kept saying the paper tray was open. I tried every troubleshoot I could find and nothing worked. Eventually, I realized that a piece at the back of the paper tray broke off when I was trying to push the tray back into place. Not at all worth the money.

    Worked okay for about a year and some change, didn’t use it for a couple months and then it stopped being able to apply ink to paper even after switching to fresh ink- So I just used my GSP-R plan and swapped it out for a different printer.
