    This printer was a disappointment from day 1. First, it wouldn't print without a "subscription", whether page by page or monthly ink. Had to subscribe, then cancel to get the thing to work with store bought ink. Then the ink I did buy with that "subscription" wouldn't work because I cancelled the subscription. Since then, the scanner has only worked about 20% of the time. The rest of the time, it can't connect even though the software claims it is connected. Also, sometimes it just won't print or copy (spits out a blank page) even though ink monitor says there is ink. Going in the garbage.
