    I bought this as an efficient printer for the demand for ink was going to more efficient than the previous HP. I learned to my dismay that this printer had no capacity to print more than one copy at a time. Can I return it and replace it with another model? I hope.

    The printer itself works as described but the software for dealing with the subscription for the ink doesn't always work, at times it outright doesn't let me log in for no discernible reason, it can be infuriating.

    Got it on sale so I’m glad I didn’t pay the regular price which is 100+ because then I don’t think it would have been worth it. Use it mainly for school but I printed 2- 8x11 photos and the color quality wasn’t too good and you could see the streaks in the paper

    The printer works but I always have trouble making it print after a day. I need to turn the printer off and on again in order to print. Also the ink life is okay, but my ink cartridges indicated they still had a quarter left and we're already not printing pages correctly.

    Looking for a simple inexpensive printer that uses CHEAP ink--they are not made anymore! Got this one instead and hate the fact that it actually monitors and sends reports about my printing. And it is not a simple thing to print something from my computer either--several steps to go through.
