They charged me $99 to fix. Would have given higher rating but still suspicious of the charge. Works great now.

All works except the scanner does not with windows 7. I threw the box etc away or I would have returned it. Prints and copies well.

HP basically forces you to enroll in an ink replenishment program in order to register the product. The ink goes way too fast, overall this one's a dud.

Zero power to the unit. I naturally changed outlets, same thing. Followed online methods for resetting the internal power supply, nothing still. I've had nothing but issues with HP Printers but thought surely they've gotten better over time, as it turns out I was wrong. The quality of HP products has gone downhill and apparently it's still low quality, I'd avoid this printer and anything else that shows the HP name and go with a different manufacturer altogether.
