Quality Control Sorely Lacking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this printer tonight as I needed to print some extremely time sensitive documents only to bring it home, plug it in and nothing. Zero power to the unit. I naturally changed outlets, same thing. Followed online methods for resetting the internal power supply, nothing still. I've had nothing but issues with HP Printers but thought surely they've gotten better over time, as it turns out I was wrong. The quality of HP products has gone downhill and apparently it's still low quality, I'd avoid this printer and anything else that shows the HP name and go with a different manufacturer altogether.
