looses the wireless connection each time I use it on my laptop - not clear what the setup process involves and how it works best.

It works fine when it works. It uses ink fast and is hard to connect. If u need a cheap printer fast it will work.

I love my new printer only problem is i have to keep refil printing paper because you can only put like 10 pages at one time.

Printer is okay. Good enough for dorm room wouldn’t use it for business. Goes through ink quickly. Doesn’t hold much paper

It's a workable printer, but the number of pages you can put in the compartment is very minimal.

I bought this printer in Nov 2018 and it failed in Feb 2020. It had a low rate of usage (about 20 pages per month or less). The reason for the failure is unknown. The quality of these low end HP printers is poor. The previous one I had only lasted 2 years

When we bought this printer, nobody explain me that it is not rechargeable ink. I have to pay more than printer price for its ink!

The printer works well so far, the only catch is that it does not have a feeder so you have to scan each side of the document.

It’s ok if you’re not doing anything major with it. works good for students. has problems connecting to devices

Overall it is a very good printer. But! I will never buy online again from Best Buy. When I was ordering my printer online I was having problems so I was asking help on the phone while online to order. The man on the phone was telling me that I was going to receive 1 more package of FREE INK! But what I received was a card to join a ink club for discounted ink..

Not the best printer you'll ever use. Scanner is dreadful. I don't like the printer at all

No longer selling, discontinued, had to pay twice the price for the upgrade HP6055, I am not happy!

The instant ink didn't really work and I had to buy regular ink cartridges. Other than that it works fin.

Had this printer for less than a year. I have had to replace the ink cartridges so often that it borders on the absurd. Little warning, the cartridges just stop working. Print quality is decent when working (which is not very often). HP's tech support is all but useless.

Works when it wants eprint feature is out dated. Send it things to print and it will print a day later

this serves as a basic printer and should not be used as a primary printer since it eats up ink if you have much to print.

This printer is pretty cool looking but has a pretty large footprint for such a simple printer low capacity printer

This printer is ok but not great. Very slow to print after I press the print command. Noisy and overall clunky.

This was recommended to me when I went in looking for a basic printer just to have when I need it which is hardly ever. When I first got it home, I set it up and made sure it worked, then didn't need it again for about 5 months. When I went to use it, the ink seemed to have dried up. I chatted with tech support and after troubleshooting they sent me replacement ink. I only got the replacement ink fully working after printing several test pages, wasting a lot of ink in the process. Now I am needing to print important things during a pandemic, and the new ink which I have I used maybe once more since I got it over a year ago, appears to be all dried too. I have never had this issue with any of the previous printers I've owned of various brands. This printer is basically worthless to me
