Poor Quality - Lasted only 15 months

It had a low rate of usage (about 20 pages per month or less). The reason for the failure is unknown. The quality of these low end HP printers is poor. The previous one I had only lasted 2 years

Ink cartridge hog

I have had to replace the ink cartridges so often that it borders on the absurd. Little warning, the cartridges just stop working. Print quality is decent when working (which is not very often). HP's tech support is all but useless.
