This was recommended to me when I went in looking for a basic printer just to have when I need it which is hardly ever. When I first got it home, I set it up and made sure it worked, then didn't need it again for about 5 months. When I went to use it, the ink seemed to have dried up. I chatted with tech support and after troubleshooting they sent me replacement ink. I only got the replacement ink fully working after printing several test pages, wasting a lot of ink in the process. Now I am needing to print important things during a pandemic, and the new ink which I have I used maybe once more since I got it over a year ago, appears to be all dried too. I have never had this issue with any of the previous printers I've owned of various brands. This printer is basically worthless to me

Adequate for what I need. Basic no frills. Might be a good printer for someone that doesn’t need to use on a regular base.

Good price , but changing ink is a pain in this. The hp ink membership is great though.

Parents needed a new printer and one that offered compatibility with their Apple devices. This works for them.

Prints just fine about 30% of the time. The rest of the time, it says the printer is offline, or sometimes just refuses to print at all. Troubleshooting does not reveal anything is wrong. Usually, we just have to turn it off and back on and that seems to return it to normal. Only get this printer if you tend to plan ahead and won't need to print things off in a hurry.

We bought this to replace an Epson wireless printer that was old and stopped working. We could not get it set up. We followed all the directions but the printer kept saying there was a paper jam. There was no paper jam. I'm an office worker veteran and there was no paper anywhere... it had started printing a test page and just stopped. After resetting and trying every way I could find on Google, it kept displaying an error code that made no sense. We realized if this was happening during setup, why would we even want to trust this printer. So we returned it and bought a completely different printer - a laserjet monochrome print, scan, copy. After researching printers, I am glad this one malfunctioned because it let to our better printer. Sorry, but BB kept pestering me for a review. :)

I really can’t say this was a good product if you are printing pictures

its an ok printer. it gives me difficulty connecting to my laptop sometimes. it also runs out of ink fast.

I love that the printer is touchscreen, but it prints very slowly

It prints. Should of got the 7155... oh well. When it craps out I'll be ready for the upgrade.

If you need just a plain printer with no bells and whistles this is the one for you

I did not care for this printer because it did not have a theater for the fax machine
