Constant, issues connecting phone to print,!!!!! Hp apps for Android are horrible and confusing

its an ok printer the only thing i dont like is when i buy new ink it says that they have been used

I have purchased a lot of HP printers over the years and thought this was a good one. All of a sudden it just stopped printing. New ink cartridges installed and still no printing. I did a google search and tried all the mentioned fixes and nothing worked. Off it goes to the ewaste pile. Also, it goes through ink like crazy. I am looking for a new brand this time around.

Purchased and set up following all directions. Synced to all our devices. Printed one piece of paper and the printer worked. Sent another document to be printed. Error message. Two hours later a message kept saying reset the cartridge. Shouldn't have to spend all that time trouble shooting a brand new printer. Boxed it up and back it went. Btw, the display model at the salem Best Buy had the same message on the printer. Should have heeded the sign.

I have tried to print several things now and it only prints 3 or four random excerpts from what it is I am trying to print. I’m sure this is from having to go through the app to to connect to the printer. There is also a longer wait to to connect to the app...not super impressed at this point, hopefully it will get better.

I’m not real happy with this printer. It needs turned off and on almost every time I want to print.

Very slow in starting any function. Difficult to get computer and printer connected.

Good little printer, but goes through ink quickly very small cartridges, but good for light printing

Was brought outside store for me to look at....because it was on sale and no one was permitted in the store to look at it because of all of the problems in this world today,,,to make matters worse...I lost my sales slip and my charge card!!! I could not have returned it anyway. During the years I have used printers both home and work....this one is the worst I have ever used... I have used computers and printers both at work and at home, and if I had not lost the sales slip and credit card, I would have brought it back to the store. It is hard to return something when you do not have your sales slip or any proof of purchase!! And at the time I was not sure how to use it!! My favorite was the HP Photo Smart C6280 all in one, and I don't think they make those any longer. I hate this new one but I don't have the money to buy another one!!!! I am a retired senior citizen.

The printer is big and printing slow. The ink is using very fast even I printed lessly.

Won't recognize my home network even though other devices such as cell phone, tablet do recognize

It’s fine if you only print 1 to 5 copies at a time. Any more can take much longer.

Again, why no users manual. I had to have a friend help me set it up. Still a good valua

It’s ok. Not the best on the market. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m glad I got the protection plan because I have had so many issues with this pulling more than one sheet of paper. I have use canned air but that did not help. I’ve had an HP printer before and not had this issue. It has been frustrating to say the least since I am a grad student and frequently need to print.

Reliable works ok, slow Black ,need ink for 50 pages per month, not 300 pages/month.8

Previous Printers I bought at Best Buy lasted longer with no problems.

It's got some kinks but overall it's not bad. I'll probably go a different route next time.

Flimsy and unreliable. Returned and replaced with a Canon Brand.
