    Worst printer ive ever owned. Matches the up envy though both are junk I will probably throw the printer out this weekend its leads than a month old

    I have had this about a year and a half. I don't print much, but when I do try to print it rarely works. I've used more ink "cleaning cartridges" then I do printing documents! Don't buy. I got it on sale and I see why... They just wanted to unload them!

      I'm so sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the printer's ink consumption. We're certainly committed to providing a much more economical experience with our printers, so I can imagine how disappointing this is. With that said, I'd like to see how I can help with some improvements.
      First, I have a few suggestions for lowering overall ink consumption. To start, I recommend using the printer's draft mode, as this can often improve ink usage. Following that, you could also set the printer to print black and white only. If you still find you're using quite a bit, Instant Ink is another option to consider. Many customers like our available plans, as they're based on how many pages you print monthly.     Every single time I want to print, I have to adjust settings and always end up having to set the whole printer up again. I've had many printers and there is something seriously wrong with its programming.

    I wasn't happy to find that an all in one printer, copier, scanner won' scan from its own touch screen... Instead, you have to download an ap to your computer and go to that to scan photos or documents...

    Didn't have it a week and had to take it back. Geek squad couldn't even fix it. It was exchanged for another printer. Of course more money!

    You can’t print more than 15 pages a month without being charged. I will be taking this printer back Also after each time I print a page, you have to fix the ink in order to print another page

    After buying this printer. I was ORDERED to pay for downing loading the drivers for the printer. They call it added support tech. I just wanted to buy a printer to copy and print doc's off my computer. Not be blackmailed into buying more than the sticker price. :(

    Printer will not accept the ink cartridges. Printer says to remove cartridge and reinstall which I have done multiple times. I will return printer or bring to geek squad when the store opens.

    Even installing the ink is a hassle. HP forces you to install the Instant ink cartridge it comes with even if you don’t want it. If you change the ink sometimes it won’t pick it up.

    I ordered what I thought was a new printer, but you sent me a printer that had clearly been returned by someone else. The setup printer cartridges were missing and so was the USB cable.

    I had a bad experience with mine it will Auto reset every 5 or 10 minutes i pay 50 bucks for it you know what to say you get for what you pay for so spend a little bit more get something better

    I Purchased this and an HP Envy 7855. Both intermittently knock out the internet. I read up on it online and many users of this product have the same problem. I tried sereral "suggestions to fix" none worked. Ended up returning Both. Works great hard wired.

    The HP Envy is a pretty decent compact inkjet printer. Color rendition is very good for this price point, documents come out clear, and the speed is better than what I expected. Setup was a breeze (as expected from HP since they've been doing this a long time and have worked out most of the kinks). Haven't had this unit in use for very long so it's hard to say how long the inks will last but so far so good. For a nice little printer that won't break the bank or take up half your desk, this one is a keeper.

    HP only provides vitrial help. Cannot set printer as wireless after many tries. Needed to print a receipt on 8 1/2 x 11. Printed 3" x 3". Don't know how to fix so it's full sheet. To many problems
