Not happy

I used to love HP products but no longer. I also purchased a HP laptop (not from best buy) and have had several issues also ☹️ ISSUES ARE WITH HP NOT BEST BUY.

Terrible experience

I had to return it and now Im having to waste more time looking for another one.

HP - ENVY 5055 All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printe

The error on the printer was that paper yum was in the feeder. I had to return it and buy Epson

I can't get the primer to print

This is disappointing to hear! I'm very sorry that the printer has stopped working on a couple of random occasions as well as posed some concerns with ink consumption. This isn't quite the seamless experience we're always set on providing, so I'd definitely like to get this resolved for you.
First, I have a few suggestions for lowering overall ink consumption. To start, I recommend using the printer's draft mode, as this can often improve ink usage. Following that, you could also set the printer to print black and white only. If you still find you're using quite a bit, Instant Ink is another option to consider. Many customers like our available plans, as they're based on how many pages you print monthly. If your printer usage is minimal, Instant Ink also offers a subscription plan that allows you to print 15 pages a month for free. For more details, you can visit this link: HPinstantink.com

Do not recommend this product.

Would not print balck ink even when full

Stop working within 2 weeks
