    Terrible and I can't get help to get that Printing the alignment page off the screen on the printer. Therefore I can't make copies

    Way overpriced. Ink doesnt last to long for printing out 20 sheets. DON'T BUY. WASTED MONEY. 1 star is generous.

      First, I have a few suggestions for lowering overall ink consumption. To start, I recommend using the printer's draft mode, as this can often improve ink usage. Following that, you could also set the printer to print black and white only. If you still find you're using quite a bit, Instant Ink is another option to consider. Many customers like our available plans, as they're based on how many pages you print monthly.     Stopped Printing After 6 Months

    I guess you get what you pay for, but this printer stopped printing altogether after 6 months. Only prints blank pages now.

(Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal.       - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

    The printer stopped working after less than two years with very light usage (I swear I printed less than 200 pages in total).

    Printer keeps registering ERROR message on front screen interface and needs restarting to clear. Now I know why they were all 'on sale' lol.

    I bought this for primarily our granddaughter but it doesn't doesn't connect to the other devices easily. It's really been a waste of money.

    I hate HP printers now. The firmware locks it to HP only ink. I'm going to trade this in for another printer that uses 3rd party ink.

    Prints and scans are OK. Constantly disconnects from WiFi. About once or twice a month you must re-enter WiFi settings.
