    Continually freezes throughout printing cycle and will only print half of a page. Terrible, terrible printer. Would not recommend.

    Envy synced to my phone and prints but won’t print from my hp laptop. Have tried multiple fixes and calls to HP helpline to no avail. Going back to canon

    Salesman didn't tell me I needed another plug-in cord thing. It was VERY annoying when the printer didn't work!

    Don't buy this printer unless you have a very good ink budget- inexpensive for a reason

    this printer only lasted a year and month, error code has to be reset every time i wnat to use it

    I returned this to Best Buy because I could not get it to accept my internet password. Hoping the Canon printer I ordered is better.

    Quality is not there, my old 5200 Cannon printer did a much better job printing,and was made much better.

    Excellent All-In-One Photo Printer

    The HP Envy 5055 All-In-One Photo Printer is a solid multi-function injet printer. Setup is easy, and performance is good quality. Text is crisp and photos print cleanly and with good color reproduction.   Upon unboxing, you remove tape from the sides, open the lid and take out the glass protector, open the printer and remove a cardboad insert, open the HP Smart app and then follow the directions to install the ink cartridges and finish setup.  Print speed is 10ppm in black or 7ppm color.  If you are so inclined, the 5055 also allows you the option of enrolling in HP's smart ink program.  The 5055 has a monochrome touchscreen that responds decently to touch.  It's not as fancy as the color touchscreen on HP's more expensive printers, but it worked perfectly for me right out of the box. And for that, it has earned my endorsement.
