4 years later and it still works great. HP has one of the best quality in prints.

This is an excellent wireless printer! Set up was easy and I was printing in about 15 minutes. Just download app and follow the instructions to link to your home network. The best thing about this printer is that I will not have to worry about running out of ink EVER again, thanks to the Hp InstaInk program. Highly recommend!

Durable and low maintenance. The ability to connect via Wi-Fi is a useful benefit. Mobile printing is easy.

On the same day I bought a canon and I had to immediately return it; it was very difficult to set up. I returned it at Target and went to Best buy and bought the Envy 5055 from HP, the price is perfect and the set up was so easy! prints fast, and easy to print from any device. Recommend it.

My HP InkJet finally stopped working and scanned nicely multiple page documents on both sides. Be aware this does not and each page must be inserted manually and then to scan the back of the page(s) is not an option and will appear as a separate page. This results in needing to then organize the PDF so the pages display in order. The printer does print quickly and clearly and is compact at a good price but my time is worth more.

I've had this printer for a few days now and I'm pretty satisfied with it. Setting it up was a breeze. I mainly use it to print out documents from home. At first I had a small issue with it where it didn't want to print but I was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling it from my network and then reinstalling it again. Would definitely recommend this printer to someone looking for a new printer. Another reason why I chose this printer was because the ink is very affordable as well.

I am not a tech-y person at all—so I automatically discounted any printers that had reviews about a difficult setup. This one definitely lived up to its reviews. It had step by step instructions on both the printer screen AND the phone app, which was really nice. From the time I took it out of the box to the time I printed my first document, I think it took probably 15 minutes tops. I am so impressed with this printer! It was well worth the purchase.

It will print from something I have printed and saved in My Documents, but it will not print from the internet. I believe my warranty expires this month. I would like to be able to use it before it does, as it prints good, when it works properly!!

Great computer if you are using for school . does print slow but its almost silent.

Setup was easy, but that’s where the ease ended. Tried to print 2-sided. It printed a few pages and then got a paper jam. Cleared paper jam and tried again. It jammed on exactly the same page. Called Support. Support guy clearly was following a script and had no idea what the problem was. He told me my model could not print double-sided, which was incorrect. He asked if I had 20 minutes to diagnose the problem. Why should I need 20 minutes to diagnose a problem on a new printer just out of the box? Also, Best Buy’s claim that $59.99 was a big sale is nonsense. Every seller has the same price.

I just got it and installed. Very simple and printed my first document in a flash. I went with the USB connect. So, I'm not sure if there are issues connecting wireless. Only one problem. They DO NOT include a USB cable. Luckily, I had my old one.

I bought this printer for two reasons: 1) my old HP printer gave me many years of trouble free service and 2) the reviews on here seemed to indicate this was a good printer for general home use. I am now into my 3rd week of trying to get this to print from my pc. It will print from my ipad and also android phones. No problems. It will NOT however print from my pc. I've set it up twice. I've tried several things emailed to me from HP and it just won't work. If I had the box it came in I would return this to Best Buy and purchase a different printer. How long does a person continue to try so many "fixes" just to be able to use a printer that should work right out of the box?
