For the price this printer is definitely worth it i was going to staples frequently to print now i can print from anywhere from my phone or mac

What I'd rather brag about in this review is Best Buy protection plans. I brought in an Epsom printer for repair, and considering it was a discontinued model AND I had the protection plan (and it was current), Best Buy, instead of worrying about repairs, replaced that printer with this and did so happily. Five stars for that. As far as the printer itself, it's decent and does the job I need it to. I am not a fan of HP after dealing with their customer service a few years back, but as long as I don't have to deal with them (and with this printer I won't) I'll be satisfied.

It was easy to set up. Love the ease of operation. However there is one edge that prints slightly lighter than the other.....not sure why...so till trying to figure out.

After downloading the HP Smart app, setup was real quick. Clear instructions. I have never owned a printer before. Verified all the features and they are great to use. Faced a minor glitch while the machine was aligning the scanner. Instructions said to place the paper at the bottom right corner on the glass. In fact you have to place it on the top left corner. Order than that, everything was fine. Subscribed for the Best Buy Easy Replenish ink service. Will have to see how that works.

This printer was very easy to set up to use and the best part is that there are no wires. It’s small and does not take up a lot of room.

I bought this printer for my daughter and her roommates so they could print in their apartment instead of paying for the school's print services. I've owned many HP printers, but this one was by far the easiest to setup using the app. All of the roomies were up and printing within 5 minutes of downloading the app. I've also been an Instant Ink customer for many years, and I can't think of a better use of that service than for students whose print needs may vary widely from month to month. Highly recommended.

I purchased this for my home. Never any heavy printing. Maybe 20 pages at a time. It’s fast, clear and hasn’t jammed. It’s been a great buy.

Has all the features that you’ll ever need and the set up is a breeze. Can never go wrong with HP. Also the ink is not too expensive.

Sets up easily with HP app. Responds in a reasonable time to print request. We like the two cartridge set up instead of four .

I have an older model of this printer and love it. My 81 year old mother needed a new printer so I purchased the brand I have trusted for 2 decades in my home. Could not be happier with the experience from the salesman in the store, to the geek squad tech that let me use his wi-fi to install the printer on moms laptop. (she does not have this capacity at her home). Everyone made the process seamless and easy.

Quality printer. Easy to use and good, clean printing. Initial set up was a little confusing, but we figured it out.

This printer is very easy to operate and the ink cartridges are cheaper than most other printers. Their customer service is very helpful too.

It was so easy to setup and the pictures that I print out is clear. The ink that it comes with last for a while especially since I print alot

This printer was so cheap and triples as a copier/scanner. The setup was easy and I have been able to scan my artwork accurately and easily.
