Did not feel like reliable, since when you look for usingbtjere will some issues; ink is out or difficulty connecting wireless from laptop. I wish I could buy old model like hp 7560. However, using the hp mobile app to scan is awesome.

Great price and quality

When I needed a new printer, my brother told me about the HP - Envy. He had just bought one and liked it. I like to copy old family photos and the quality is really good with this printer. Simply put, it does a great printing job. I print a lot of greeting cards and you can't beat the quality. It is a great little machine!

Good Printer

There was a small problem with the software. It initially gave a message that the ink cartridges don't match, although they were the cartridges that came with the printer. I contacted HP and they sent new cartridges and I sent back the original cartridges. HP updated the software on my printer also. The printer worked fine after that. I appreciate that HP customer service was responsive to the issue.
