I'm glad I purchased this printer. It has easy setup that I could understand I am not a wiz with computers. The only thing I didn't like was the ink cartridge it came with didn't seem to have much ink in it ran out so fast Ididn't copy much.

Bought this to replace a *failed* hp printer. Setup & operation was a breeze! The printer cartridges that came with it were defective, however a short telephone call with hp support had repalcements on the way to me quickly!!!

We don’t use this as much as we would like but we got a great deal on it and it hasn’t give us any problems. Easy set up. Came with a sufficient amount of ink. So far no major issues. We have it connected to Bluetooth and it works great.

Good printer for home use. The scanner works well with my HP Laptop. My only issue is the "support" that extends out the front to catch the printed page. It is pretty flimsy and I've bumped into it a couple times relieved it didn't break off. I would still recommend it.

I got this printer on sale for 60 bucks and what an awesome deal! Printer was set up within 5 minutes and is working on all our phones, Tablets and laptops without needing to install drivers or additional software. Hidden paper tray, although small, is a great addition.

Very easy to set up to print. The only complaint I have is that I had a hard time finding ink for it, but most places were out of a lot of their ink negate everyone was buying it due to working from home and virtual learning. Quality of the printer is good, not great.

This printer does a fine job printing. My only compliant is that it loses connectivity occasionally, it could be the wifi at our house but I have to reset, unplug/plug back in often in order to use it wirelessly. It was a good price and we don't print often so it meets our needs.

Although we’ve only been using for a few days, we’re happy with it. It’s much faster than our old Envy 100 which was jamming too much. Even the 2 sided copies are faster. We did need to use the video instructions to set it up, which are available on YouTube.

I haven't used it alot but it was easy to set up. I also like the instant ink program. I don't copy much so instant ink is a great way to go. Since I haven't used it much and haven't had it very long I gave it a 4 star. Maybe after a while I'll re-rate it again. Can't go wrong with the price.

didn't realize you couldn't feed more than one copy into this printer/scanner like my last one I got for about the same price. But this does the job print wise from my computer. cant feed multiple copies into scanner but that;s ok probably won't need that for my work currently

So, this isn't the most user friendly set up ever. They tell you to set it up through the app which was darn near impossible for me. Once I just went to the website, it was easier. The print quality is good and fast. I haven't tried scanning yet. The price was excellent.

I'm a senior and this was very easy to install. Wireless and usb. My Photosmart died so I went down in quality because my printing jobs are pretty basic. This is about as basic as you can get. Even though I don't print many pictures I was surprised that you can only load one type of paper at a time. Wouldn't be much of a problem if the paper door was easily accessible. You have to lift up the front of the printer off the desk to get the door to open. There is nothing to grab on to, only the bottom of the paper drawer underneath. Almost a deal breaker but I'll see if I can find some rubber feet or something to prop it up.

Bought it while out of town and needed to print documents to make it easier to reference client documentation. It's not too heavy and slim design was easy to carry. It is a little loud during printing than larger ink jets, but for the slim design I'll take the noise!

This small printer does exactly what I want it to. It takes up very little room and does a good job of printing. Not the fastest printer ever, but works seamlessly with wireless printing. The HP Ink replenishment program also is easy to use and saves money.

I think this printer is great. I just plugged in the cartridges, power cord; and watched it set up. Decent speed and clarity.I do think the instant ink is a sham though.

Prints, copies, scans. Does it wireless. Liked another model they had that the paper catching tray came out automatically, but what are you going to do. Hope I don't have the ink cartridge problem that I've had with HP in the past. Last HP printer stopped recognizing HP ink cartridges.

The HP driver download was confusing. When you enter your model number another model number comes up that has nothing to do with your model. You have to click the "+" button then it redirects to the correct driver. Other than that it prints and scans wirelessly like a charm.

Purchased for my grandson in college for his apartment. It was easy to set up and all of his roommates have been sharing. It was not expensive, but does the job for all their papers. Can't say how well it does for photos since that was not the reason for the purchase.

The Envy was very easy to set up & use as a wireless printer. Since I don’t print a lot of documents, I signed up for the free ink (and you are sent the cartridges free) replacement that allows you 10 pages a month. The $2.99 plan is a deal if you stay within 50 pages.
