The install was super easy and so far it has been working perfectly. I did have a document not print last week... and then suddenly print a few days later- that's why I only gave it a "good" rating- But I think that has to do with my wifi, however. Fingers crossed that it's a dream. :-)

Great printer for the cost and for home office support. Cost to production rate effective for home office application. Great Job from HP. When purchasing completed lot of research. HP support was in BestBuy Store answered all questions which was beneficial!!

I bought this printer for my mom (who is not so great with technology, no matter how many times I show her how to do something). This all in one printer is a winner, though! It is very user friendly. Easy set up and I love how sleek looking it is.

I have an HP Envy printer, so, it was a no-brainer to get another one for my grandson. These printers are great, heavy-duty, and easy to use. I have had mine for several years, and, it continues to provide great service..

My review summary says it all/ The printer is light and will fit most any space dedicated to a printer. I had to go on line to view a YouTube video by a 3rd party but once I did that it was easy. The material with the printer was not a lot of help.

One of the best I have purchased. Their instructions for hooking up to wireless is messed up and needs to be redone. Had to have help from Geek Squad to get it done. HP needs to fix it! Printer and scanner works great.

I haven't had a printer in years and I was worried that setting this one up and maintaining it will be a pain. NOPE! Super easy. I am not only relieved but I am super happy with my decision to buy it - I use it very often.

I purchased this printer because the HP Envy printer I had previously needed more ink, but the one it required was costing more and more. Therefore I purchased this model. The ink is cheaper, and it prints even faster than the one I had before. Highly satisfied!

Only thanks to Geek Squad was I able to install the printer to be used with my computer. Sales rep. was friendly, but said all I had to do was plug it in....wrong. Now this printer is working great so all's well that ends well.

This is a great printer for the price! So far, the quality seems pretty good and being a all in one, that's great too. I haven't printed pics yet, but looks good. And it's a Bluetooth so you aren't required to be joined at the hip to a computer, we just use my phone or tablet.

I had purchased a more expensive printer this time around and was very disappointed in it, so I went back to Best Buy and purchased this printer,(it is very like the HP I had before). I like this printer and it meets my needs .

easy to use. Signed up for the HP Instant Ink.. so worth it. I had an Epson that was constantly out of ink. Only had to changes the cartridges twice so far. But I print less than 50 pages a month. Talked my Stepdaughter into buying one and she loves it

I’ve went through a few printers in the last couple of years. None of them really performed how I wanted it. This is the first that did. Super easy set up and I’m able to do a lot off my phone which helps me out. I recommend this printer.

We didn't need a fax machine so we settled on this printer/copier. Setup was a piece of cake and the unit works flawlessly. And the cost of this HP was less than the replacement cartridge for the CANNON we had. Replacement ink is also less expensive.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it works great when I use it but if I leave the printer for a few days at a time without using it there will sometimes be a random error message. This is corrected by restarting the printer but it is still weird

I decided to get this printer for school. I wanted something that wasn't too expensive but overall completes the job. It prints double-sided which is a must and I love how its touch screen and easily connects to wifi. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the product.

It's a great printer and scanner for the money. It does a great job printing and scanning. Gave it a 4 star due to the the intal setup. Glad I bought the cable to plug into my computer. I had a very difficult time getting it to work with my HP computer that's only a year old.

I literally only bought this to print some emergency documents. It prints, it Scans, its Wifi capable, and it was the cheapest printer at BestBuy. Not bad honestly. I can tell it uses ink quite quickly, so be careful if you're a heavy printer.

Replacement printer for my old printer after 2 years. HP printers are a great brand and sturdy. I enjoy the app to scan documents and able to send them directly to my email or to colleagues as well. Great choice!
