Great Printer - Set up problems

Had to hunt around to find how to do so even though it should have been something easy to do. Now with it set up everything is humming right along.

I didn't realize this and thought the printer was bad. I had to buy ink a couple weeks after using it. Black ink was not too much at around 15.00.

I can monitor the printer on my phone app to help if needed. The printer was very easy to set up as well as teach my mom to use it.

Good Printer So Far

I have owned multiple HP printers but have not tested enough to comment on how the ink usage compares. Definitely a good printer for the price point.

I recommend waiting to do the same. Solid working printer though, amazing smooth operation and affordable ink. Highly recommend!

Does just what I need and at a reasonable price. Just don't get hooked on HP Instant Ink unless you are going to do a lot more printing than the Envy is prepared for.

We bought this while it was on sale, and I’m so glad we did. The only thing that I’m not used to is the “instant ink.” You pay monthly and when you run out of ink, they send you more.

Can print from my phone or anything else wirelessly. Everything from pics to documents prints fast and looks great too. Recommended!

When the tech can out to help us to get the printer up and running, he was great.

I am not tech savvy but this printer was easy to set up and prints extremely well The ink has that high HP price tag but I am not printing a lot. Bluetooth is excellent

ENVY 5000 Printer

I have had no issues other than I have had to shut it off and turn it on a couple times for my computer to register that it is online. This has happened a few times. But that could be me doing something wrong.

It's a bit loud but overall a decent printer. Great price as it cost as much as two ink cartridges for my previous printer, and ink is half the price as the previous as well.
