Easy to used on both my apple notebook and my PC laptop.

This is a great little printer that seems to do just about everything. Setup was easy, screen allows you to connect and perform functions easily and the printer works very well with pics sent from a smartphone.

I always experience good customer service at Best Buy.

So far, I have had no major problems with the printer.

Although I have not got into the special ink supply deal, I have already got my first refill!!! Super easy to hook up, practically did it itself. Not one hiccup yet and the quality of print is excellent.

LOVE this printer, what a value....cant believe I waited this long to upgrade...so cool to send stuff from my IPhone to my printer....what a great item...and time saver......set up was so simple, and fast

Have a few problems figuring out how to use some things like printing photos.

This thing is relatively easy to set up and connect to your network. Print quality is good, although I haven't tried to print photos on it because I've been too busy with my new baby.

This printer was a solid buy for the money and works great on a network.

Used cheaper model printers (Epson) and changed to HP. Great printer for small office work. Cheaper model kept jamming and burned ink rapidly. This printer serves my needs for small office work, such as copying, printing and scan.

HP made this printer so easy to install, the instant ink feature is so convenient. Never have to run out to office supple store to purchase cartridges because they ship automatically when it runs low!

This is very easy to set up. Gives off its own wifi signal which connects smoothly to my devices. The printing quality is great. Haven't used any of the other features. Way better than the cannon.

scan function is not as c7200 user friendly, I have to cut scan funcation

As I said in my summary - this printer drinks ink!! The finished printed product looks great, but this is really just for home use so it should not be running out of ink so quickly. I have an HP laptop and the pairing of the wireless printing drops constantly (gives me an offline message). I don't have this issue with my iPhone, so lots of the time I will just pull whatever it is up on my phone and print it from there. Nice looking - really like air print/wireless, I just need it to work more consistently

I have only had the printer for about a month but so far I am happy with it. Although i do seem to be having issues with my laptop now losing connection with the internet since i added this printer.

It has all the features I need, great tech support, and very dependable
