Great Printer

Each time I attempt to copy something it continues to state photo tray is empty. I change it to correct tray and size, however it continues to tell me to load paper in photo tray. Other than this inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoy using this printer.

It's a printer. All printers have problems.

Even tho I am very comfortable with technology the installation of this printer went badly. Calls had to be made to HP Support who ultimately had to take over and complete the install. Since that was finished the printer has been operating fine.

Budget printer does the job

Reliability & Price

Have had it for 6 months now and although the it does not have all of the functionality of my HP Photosmart All in one 310, it is really good. Printing is solid and looks great. Photo printing is better than most brands. Can't go wrong.

HP Printers

Then the wi-fi quite working altogether and it was sketchy at times before that. I remained with HP and bought the 6550 as I like their pirnters and instant ink program. This printer is working well for us, wi-fi and all.
