This printer works well when copying info from my computer, duplicating forms and letters, and copying photos/ It is great to have two seperate paper holders (one for legal size paper and one for 4 x 6 photo paper.

2nd one. I have no clue why but no matter how we connect or how many times we've downloaded updates this printer does not like Macs! Great quality printing from Samsung and copy quality

This printer is a great buy, many features including AirPrint and Mobile Printing. Great replacement to separate old printer and scanner, now all in one. Duplex Printing also comes in handy to save paper and not have to turn the page over to print the other side..

I love how easy the wifi settings for this printer were to set up. It also lets you print directly from the phone which is a definite plus. I like the fact that I can easily print double sided to save paper. Only con: the picture printing quality is only so-so....Best use: everyday printing tasks.

Had trouble with this printer recognizing the photo tray. Had to return once.

I like the way that you can send pictures home and have them printed when you get back to the house. My daughter even sends pictures of our grandchild to us so that we can keep up with the two of them.. seems to use less ink that my other printer did..

Like having to deal with only 2 ink cartridges and having copying facility.

I have always liked the HP printers the best. I have tried Canon and Epson, but I always come back to HP. I love the eprint app system and the ease of this printer. It makes photos sparkle. Th E ink is very bright and clear. All I can say is you can't go wrong buying this printer

So here is my experience with this printer. Set-up was easy up until the point where you put the ink cartridge in. I kept getting an error message despite everything being installed correctly. I googled the error message and found numerous complaints citing problems with the included cartridge. To verify which one is bad you can test print with one cartridge. So after 30 minutes of trouble shooting and another 20 for a new ink cartridge things work great. Hope this helps someone else out. It's a nice printer but really why include a expended ink pack.

We have always been HP fans, but these new wireless models are NOT easy to set up. Tor the younger tech savvy crowd, no problem. There should be easier instructions for the rest of us. It took hours to figure out the set up. Never again!

My printer finally arrived. When I went to set it up, there was no cord to plug it in. I called Best Buy, who referred me to HP, who gave me yet a third number to call. When I explained the situation, the person asked, "Did you look in the box?" as if I were that stupid. After 10 minutes of discussion, he promised to send me another cord. He also asked when they could call me back, and if I was in the central time zone. (I live in Alaska.) So I am still waiting to be able to even try the printer. It has been over a month since I ordered the printer.

Printer seemed to work okay for our needs while we were in the store but was hard to use at home. Can only print 4x6 photos using their special tray but will not accept full sheets of photo paper for larger or multi size copying. Also the photos are terrible. Very dark and not clear. If you copy something that is not a standard 8x11 you get a notice that size is not acceptable and a blank page shoots out, sometimes even when a blank 8x11 sheet is placed over the non acceptable piece to be copied. Really dislike this copier. Will be returning it.

I really looked and looked for a printer that would work with my MacBook Air, because the previous 2 I had purchased would not connect. This printer was super easy to connect to my laptop, and works wonderfully! I'm super happy with this purchase!

I hate this printer like I have never hated anything in my life!. Since the beginning it has been nothing but problems. Every time it prints it makes a screeching sound like its about to break down. It prints the most off color photos and the wifi is constantly disconnecting from my computer. I have had the printer for two years and I have dealt with the issues because I could not afford a new one (I am a college student on a low budget) Anyways, I have contact HP about this but they have been no help. I should add that I have purchased HP products before without any issues, I used to love HP. Never again.

Bought a couple of these printers for a volunteer tax preparation program. Use them to connect wirelessly to laptops. Print up to 50 tax returns a session. Does a decent job.

tried to install online was directed to a site that said I need to update some servers. They charged me to do it, it didn't work on my computer and was able to get a refund from the site that wanted to do the updates,, Put in the disc that came with the printer and it installed just fine

Was more difficult to sync to my devices. Took a quit awhile to set up.

In my experience I have satisfied in any type of tasks, has a great performance and a great design is the best Printer that I have had in my life, I can recommend it for any adult person, because it will give you great style and great support

I have to shut the door each time I want to print something. The door is shut but I must open it and close it in order for it to work.

Picture quality is not very clear, and they have a hazy look to them.
