Your sales staff gave us the details of four different printers for our needs. We made two visits and finally made the right decision. We also got to trade in our other HP printer for a discount.

GEEK Squad was not able to get it connected after I hung up from working with them - still says "not connected" very disappointed it did not come with any instructions and no manual.

I AM NOT A LITERATE PC/TECH PERSON AND I HAD A HP 5660 AND WORE IT OUT. I ALSO HAD A HP 8XXX THAT WAS SO COMPLICATED, I DIDN'T USE IT. THE HP 5660 MEETS MY LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE....

Gives good quality printing but uses way too much ink! This is my fourth printer; HP, Epson, etc. and this model is a "INK EATER"

After assistance from the Best Buy associate I selected this printer for the use I needed. Casual, home printing. More difficult to set up than I expected but that was because my iMac was running an old operating system.

I asked for advice from a Best Buy rep. He immediately took me to this printer/scanner and walked me through some basic steps. I knew that was the one at that point that I wanted. So pleased!!

I had difficulty getting it connected to my new Windows 10 Lenovo & eventually gave up, It connected immediately to my MacBook.

I've had HPs in the past that I hated. They were difficult to set up and harder to use. Simply never worked right. Salesman assured me this one would - and he was right. Happy he talked me into it.

Bought another manufactures product and it quiet working after 4 days. Returned for this HP Envy. Should have stayed with HP as I have never had a problem with them. Does a great job on envelops.

My son really likes this printer. We had to buy this to replace the one that died on him (not the same model). He loves the double-sided printing - a wonderful feature for a college student that helps save paper and time!

I used this printer mostly for printing out papers for work. I have had no problems so far.. I have not tried printing out photos yet, but I am able to use my memory card from my camera to print out an photo. Which I will.

I read reviews prior to purchase. My Kodak printer- young in use seized up! I needed a printer right away so after reviewing, I decided to purchase this printer. I am pleased with it this far.

I was replacing a very old printer with this and I love all the new technology that is available on this printer/scanner!

I HAD AN HP PRINTER THAT I PURCHASED IN 2009 AND LOVED IT UNTIL IT QUIT WORKING RECENTLY. I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER AND REALIZED IF I WANT TO HOOK IT UP USB, I WON'T HAVE ACCESS TO SOME STUFF. NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT!

I bought this printer with the priority of being "wireless." It meets my needs perfectly! Desktop, laptop, phone all print directly to the printer with out any issue, just what I wanted.

So sorry I bought this printer. Jams CONSTANTLY. Ink carriage stopped working. One error message after another. Will return.

This printer does everything I needed to do. The only thing I wish it had was individual color cartridges instead of all in one. Seems like you always run out of one color before the others .

I have owned various HP all in one machines for many years. I relied upon the salesman at Best Buy to guide me towards the best model for me, having told him photo quality was the top priority. Unfortunately, I find the photo quality to be disappointing. I've held the same photo printed on this one, next to same photo printed on my old one & the old one is much sharper & colors are more vibrant.

We had a wireless printer before that was a nightmare to get the wireless hooked up correctly. This one's step by step instructions were SO easy and it's great to be able to print from my iphone.

The printer works fine. It was more expensive than others that included a document feeder. The set up is very different than any printer I have used in the past. I would not buy it again for la k of a document feeder.
