I've always had a great experience with HP products and this one didn't let me down.

This printer is inexpensive and very easy to set up and use. I like that there are only two cartridges instead of several color cartridges plus the black.

My ENVY 5660 is a disappointment. I can't figure out how to get the printer drawer open, and it is currently jammed with paper. It is unclear how far back to insert the paper.

Got this to replace my other HP that broke down. Very functionable. As with everything Best Buy is the only place to buy. You back & sell the best products.

I have been pleased with HP printers, but this one jams more often than it should. Also, most pages printed come out of the printer with one corner folded up, so I assume that there is a small problem in the mechanism that folds up the corner when it is printing, and occasionally catches and holds the paper and causes a jam. It may be the paper, or the humidity, also, but I have not had this problem with my previous HP printers. I like the look of the printer and the size. I also like the scanning feature, though it was a bit less user friendly to download the new drivers, as I had to make several attempts to complete that task. My wife tells me that she liked our previous HP printer a lot more. Overall, if I were going to purchase another printer, I would consider another HP, but I would not choose the Envy 5660 model. One additional thought, I think the manufacturers of printers should make their ink cartridges standard and not change them. I had to give up a lot of expensive toner when my last printer failed. The new printer takes an entirely different cartridge. I bought the extended warranty package, so I have extra protection on the printer, but it is a hassle to take it back and it takes a little courage to bring back a new printer and ask for a replacement. So I will wait awhile, no matter what my wife says. I appreciate the service from the Geek Squad and the Best Buy staff. Their attention to detail and their personal attention to my problem, and their great attitude make the difference for me. They are why I keep coming back to Best Buy.

When we first got our printer I had difficulty setting it up also there was a software update which made it more difficult, but in the end it works great.

It goes to sleep after a while and then turns off by itself. My prior HP printer was always on. I suppose it's a good idea to have it turn off automatically So far I'm happy with it.

The HP ENVY 5660 wireless printer syncs well with my mini iPad and produces sharp images. I haven't done any photo quality prints yet so don't know how good that is going to be.

Quick and easy online installation. Very satisfied with the speed and quality of the copies produced. Product had a nice discount which made it even better.

It was easy to set up and start printing. I like the how it will track your ink cartridges when they get low and automatically send you new cartridges.

This printer perfectly fits my needs and the setup is easy. The print quality is what you would expect from an all in one and the photos are pretty good.

I was looking for economy as well as performance, especially in regard to in use. The best buy staff were exceptionally helpful in this determination.

The printer is easy to set up but I am still having trouble with the "sleep mode." Often I have to turn the printer back on to use it. Still a reasonable printer for the price.

I bought this to replace and HP photosmart printer I had purchased several years ago but is now failing. It has a major advantage in that it will print on two sides. But it has two major disadvantages: 1) the scanner is very awkward to use (previous one was better) and doesn't enable some features had previously, and 2) it will not print #10 envelopes which the previous printer could do and is a major limitation.

The HP Envy has turned out to be just what I need for my home office. It has every feature I need and none that I don't. I am totally happy with my purchase.

Needed WiFi able printer for use with a Samsung tablet and this one fit our needs. We have not had a need to use it yet but feel it will do the job.

Great for printing and photos . The color paper prints are okay but for the price it is great
