Just used for printing - no bells and whistles needed - did not need fax. Does what we anticipated. Like the idea of 2 cartridges. Saves ink $.

This printer was so easy to set up. I love the wireless feature. Ink very easy to change. Starts up and prints so much quicker than my old one.

this is a replacement for a similar printer. Works well and wad priced fairly. Installation was a little tricky but doable. Overall I am satisfied with this product

Works great from my phone but doesn't recognize my desktop ever since the first time.

So far have been pleased with the printer. The only annoying thing I've noticed is it hesitates about half way through printing - other than that it has been fine.

This multi function printer does it all as advertised. Photo printing is adequate for general home use. Colors could be a little more accurate. Overall a good buy.

Purchased this printer as a replacement for my mom. She loves it. It is easy to use, was easy to set up and connect and prints great images.

I upgraded my older HP Printer for a newer model that was part of the ink program. I am a homeschooling mom so this printer is amazing!

The instruction book was very confusing. Said best to use cell phone for setup. Wrong. Took to Geek Squad and they used disk to insert drives that printer did not have. I spent 3 hours trying they did in minutes. Got home called Geek Squad and they finished setting up. Thank the good Lord for Geek Squad. I still cant figure how to enlarge pics. Will not accept photo paper, I will keep trying.

Love it so far. Having a hard time getting my laptop to recognize it and print from it. Might have thrown away disk if one came with it. Love it anyway.

Great printer, for it being a house printer. Scanning is a little complicated keeps changing its settings but easily can be changed back to original settings.

I old hp printer just not working, at the time i saw this promotion. I fastly buy it. And yet, this is good to use and functional for me

The printer is decent for my needs as a general printer. I like the fact that you can purchase the ink cartridge to come by mail as the printer shows you need it.

Good printer, just wish it came in white b/c black holds & shows the dust bad! I would buy again if in white.

does everything I need. only negative is the sd card slot does not function like an extra drive. You have to map a drive to it if you want to use it that way.

Excellent Detailed Printing for Home Office Use. Signed up for the HP Ink Program which so far has worked well. Highly Recommended.

I really like this printer, especially the internet connection. I don't have to jump through a lot of hoops to print from the internet.

Great printer with multi-functions. Does all that I need it for, although ink cartridges are not lasting as long as I would have expected.

Slow to respond. Great quality printing, but difficult to make draft quality.
