It's a good printer but it runs out of ink in about 10 seconds. Better to get a better printer than waste money on so much ink.

This item had issues from the beginning, kept saying I had paper hung up before any paper was inserted. Support didn't seem to have a clue as to what the problem was. But they did try.

The first printer was easy to set up and print the test page, but then it kept telling me there was an error and to "close the paper tray" I opened and closed it several times but the error message would not go away. Spent hours trying to research a solution the only thing I could find was "close the paper tray". I returned the printer and exchanged it for another one with the same model number. That one would freeze up during the printing process after it got about half way through with printing a picture. The only way I could "unfreeze" it was to shut it off and back on or unplug it and plug it back in. After about the 5th time of doing that, it wouldn't reboot and I couldn't get it to turn on at all. I returned it and decided not to purchase another HP printer!

    Software issues preventing printing

many times it doesn't want to print and leaves the printer queue full in the hp app saying things need to be be addressed. When there is nothing to fix. I clear the queue, restart and do all the troubleshooting but keep getting errors despite using different devices and methods to print. The printer will say paper jam when there is none which is another frequent error. This printer is finicky. I can only get it to print about a third of the time between my iPhone, tablet and laptop, it's frustrating!!!

This printer never really worked, it would pull paper to copy as long as one sheet was in the bin, otherwise it would just eat page after page. I returned it for a better printer.

Good print quality, but if you're trying to print a coupon or boarding pass with a picture on it or in the background, it would only print it to photo paper. And after changing the settings to print to regular paper, it wouldn't print at all. So, I returned it for a more straightforward wireless printer.

My canon died and I chose this high ink eating, poor software driver customization capable excuse of a printer. Never again buying am HP. I should have known better.

My HP Envy 5660 is not half the printer that the PhotoSmart printer that I was told it replaced was. It constantly looses connection with my Wify network and the HPePrint address does not work. The scan program is very basic and does NOT do the job that I need of it. Over all I am very disappointed with the product, but, can't keep buying printers until I find one that works.
