Every year, quality goes down

This printer gets errors all the time, instant ink cartridge went bad and I had to spend an hour on the phone with HP support after trying to use their chat option, which a person responded to me, asked me the issue and then didn’t reply back for another 40 minutes. HP is going down is service and quality

possible problem

Took to Best Buy, they had to download two apps not mentioned in HP instructions, and setup the printer to be HP direct connection. Cost me $40. Although printer works good, have a sour taste left from the experience. HP should had have better setup instructions about options. Never got a reply from HP when I asked for help from their Website.
