Only reason it's a 4 for me is the lack of "how to". As far as the printer goes - I had no problem at all with set up - really easy. Print quality is fine. Wish the printed paper support was automatic - I keep having to pick pages off the floor especially if someone else in the house is printing something

The printer is relatively quiet; a bit slower than my former printer, but so far, quality documents. The setup was not as seamless as it should be, but able to get it connected after about 90 minutes (the salesperson told me that he himself ran into long setup time on his own HP printer).

Im pleasently surprised with this printer. Not only was the set up simple and quick, but the ability to print from the laptop, my phone, and the desktop was also quite easy to manage. The printing is sharp and crisp and the printer does not take up much room at all. Im pleased with this selection.

The printer produces wonderful prints but even when printing document it is rather slow. It also did not do well with tshirt transfer paper - the paper got crumpled inside and one of the little pieces inside the printer came out the first time I tried the transfer paper. It still works but hope next time it won't crumple the paper. I also like that before it finishes a print, especially when doing double sided, it pauses for the ink to dry - perhaps a reason it is so slow. Otherwise, it does a great job!

My current Canon died so my plan was to purchase another Canon. Well, I purchased 2 in the past week & no matter what I did neither would connect to my Wi-Fi. I can’t tell you how much time & frustration I went through. I was beginning to think I was the problem they wouldn’t connect UNTIL I purchased the HP Envy 6555e! I had no issues with any of the set-up. It was so SIMPLE that I almost couldn’t believe it! I even purchased it $80 off the original price. I thought I would have to purchase the ink plan when I got it but you do NOT. You simply say, no. I use this printer for occasional home use so it’s exactly what I needed. The Canon’s not being able to connect to my wi-fi wasn’t “me” after all - thank goodness & thanks to HP for not making setting up a printer difficult.

Easy to use, good quality and many options, compact and good design

I returned a larger, non-working printer. Best Buy offered me a new one. Instead of getting the same printer, I chose this model. I'm so glad I did. Smaller, more compact, easy to use and the color for photos is more true, very good in fact. Being less expensive, I got $10.00 back which made me smile.

I am not a technical person so I needed a printer I could easily set up and connect to all of my devices. This printer meets that need and prints nicely. I have not played with the scanner function but the copier works nicely too. I am, however disappointed in the need to have a subscription to the ink aspect of this device. The materials say that you can purchase the ink with out the subscription, however, to receive the "3 months free" I had to sign up.

This new printer is working out well. This printer serves two computers. I have had other HP printers, but this is easier to use. I need something easy and not complicated. HP- Envy 6555e Wireless is excellent.

I always ALWAYS buy my tech at Best Buy because they stand behind their products. When the rare issue occurs they take care of it promptly and courtiously every time!! I bought this printer first several weeks ago, due to a good sale deal. It broke with light usage within 2 weeks. This one is the replacement for the return of the broken one. Overall I like the printer for the price. Fingers crossed on this second one.

Works great. Very easy to use and everything comes out clear :so far very happy.

This printer does high-quality prints, but I've had many connectivity issues. Part of this may be because of the bad wifi in my dorm, but sometimes this printer will not connect to the wifi or my computer. However, if I unplug it for a few seconds and then plug it back in, this will usually fix the problem. Also, the scanner can be very slow, probably because it has to email it over the slow wifi. If you need a cheap printer for college, though, I would recommend this one.

I absolutely love my new HP - Envy 6555e Wireless All-in-one Inkjet Printer. I needed to replace my 4500 series printer recently and wanted something comparable to it in price, performance, and features. The 6555e fit the bill to a tee. It is economically priced and has all the features I had come to depend on, plus some extras that make this model even more versatile than my previous printer. For the money, I don't believe I could've found another printer that comes even close to what this printer does for me.

It is just great. Easy to set up and operate it. Prints pnthe reverse of a page as well on just one page. Prints in great color. The price was also great.

My new wireless HP printer is everything I had hoped for. Obviously, it's wireless so I can print from anywhere in the house. But it also gives me the option to print on one or both sides of the paper. Plus, it was easy to set up and easy to operate.
