    The printer worked okay, but it did not calibrate correctly at all. the risk of it not calibrating is high. Refunded.

    Set up was difficult. It took several hours and even after following directions, the printer kept dropping off the wifi. I almost brought it back, but an HP forum helped me trouble shoot the issue, and 2 updates later, it works fine

    This printer was easy to set up. However, within a few days it would not connect to the wifi. The last time this happened it said we would have to do the entire set up again! It printed extremely slow so we returned it. We purchased a HP Office Jet Pro 8139e and so far (2 weeks) it always connects. The self healing dual bands on this model has really worked. We have had problems with the HP Envy models as well as far as connecting to our internet.

    The best feature of this printer is the paper tray. Your paper is stored in a tray on the bottom of the printer. No more worries about dust and debris smudging up your pages.

    Printer works. The app is great for easy printing, but it prints slowly and copies even slower. Plus, the print quality is not great. This could be because I'm coming off of a laser printer, but the black is just not black enough for me.
