The product was packed well and easy to set up. Downloading the software was easy. The printer is compatible with Office 365. I've been printing two sided booklets easily.

I bought this printer because I wanted a wireless printer and already have an earlier version of this series at a different house. I like the printer and everything about this series, but this unit had problems. If the settings told it to print a letter size printout, the display screen informed me that the wrong size was chosen and it'd spit out a 4x6 photo sheet. If I loaded a #10 envelop and told it to address it, I would be informed that there was no paper loaded. Two calls to HP for support for a total of six hours on chat, left me with no improvement. If I had the proper paper selection chosen it would only work if I first opened the printer options and re-selected what was already chosen. I told HP that I had had enough and after getting, first, a supervisor, then a manager, HP agreed to send a new replacement. The replacement is even a newer model and it works great! I still believe that the 6255 is a wonderful printer but mine was defective. HP did an outstanding job of trying to help but it took some insistence to get the result I needed. They kept insisting that it was a s/w issue. BTW, the new printer works exactly as it should. My two stars are not really for the printer but for my overall experience and personal time invested. My "Poor" quality rating is for the defective unit I had, not for the product line. I was more than eager to accept a 6255 replacement and I'm super happy with the new model replacement.

Great printer and price was very good. I like the fact that the ink is so reasonable and it’s delivered to my door. Printer does a good job. Happy with this printer.

love HP products, and this printer is perfect for what I needed. Prints fast, wireless connectivity & the quality of printouts are good also.

It was so easy to set up and use. I’m so glad to be able to print from my laptop or phone and not have to use the printer that is connected to our desk top. Wish I had got one sooner.

Never had a wireless printer before but this one is great and quite easy to setup. No longer have to go upstairs to pull printed material off old wired printer. Great price and value !

Printer was extremely easy to set up and was up and working in maybe five minutes. Has special area to print photos. Makes copies and scans. Easy to print documents from my phone.

I must say, I went to Best Buy, shopping for something else and ended up walking out of the store with this HP Printer. At first, I was reluctant to get another HP Printer, but decided to give it a go once again. I brought it home, started to set it up and the set up ink cartridges showed an error and I had to return to the store to exchange the whole printer. All in all, it was all worth it in the end - I love this printer! It connects with my Mac and doesn't shut down on its own like my last HP did- this was all because there wasn't any updated software available for the Mac.Word of the wise - be sure to keep your printer current after a few years!

This by far is the easiest printer to use and setup. I have had numerous printers in the past, and this one is the best. Great crisp lettering and pictures

This HP printer was a gift to my sister. Her response, after using it a few times, was exactly what I'd hoped. She told me that she loved the clarity of the pictures she printed, and the overall performance of the printer was great. It is my belief you give a gift you want for yourself. By her testimony, this will be the printer I purchase when the time to make this change comes. I should note, the price was great, and with this purchase (cartridges included in the purchase) of this printer, my sister was given an additional coupon for future cartridges. A win-win in my book!

first wireless printer - thought it would be difficult to set up but was very easy - followed the directions and POW I can print from my phone from anywhere in the house.

I bought this for my grandfather to replace an old one he had. It was easy to set up and the pictures as well as documents came out looking very nice.

I needed to replace my printer and I didn’t want to spend a lot. I don’t print or scan too much but I also don’t want a printer/scanner that gives me issues when I do. The only thing I wish it had was an automatic document feeder for scanning. I do like that I can print photos too. Just be careful to select paper type If your printing a screenshot from your phone or copying a small piece of paper, the printer will choose which paper to print under automatic select and I accidentally printed pages on photo paper. So far, I’m happy wiyh it.

Typical HP. Easy top set up. Easy to sync with your devices. AND...free ink (for a while). Also works well wirelessly from all our devices. Quite nice.

This printer replaced my five-plus year-old HP printer. I debated about the features I wanted, but settled on this printer both because of the features it offered and because it had a good sale price. While this is considered primarily a photo printer (the quality of photos is excellent), it is also good for everyday printing. The Wi-Fi set-up was very easy, and, so far I have been happy with my decision to take the Instant Ink option. My only complaint is that it is louder when it prints than any other printer I've ever had, and that really surprised me the first time I used it.

Easy to set up and use, prints really well. My only complaint it's a little too big, I really wanted something smaller. But overall a good product.

I love this wireless printer. Very compact, came with everything I needed. And, love the ink recycling program. Only wish it came in white as well.
