Overall happy with the printer. Good quality pics, and has a double tray that accommodates both letter and photo paper simultaneously with no need to swap out (the main reason I bought the printer). I print very little as a rule, so I will deal with the 3-in-one color ink cartridge. May explore basic ink subscription in future.

Needed a new printer when old one failed badly. Easy set up and makes great photos from phone. Very nice product.

I do not have any other all-in-one printers to compare to, but I absolutely love this one. My old printer was very out of date. This new printer serves its purpose well. I've used it to print out research papers, powerpoint slides and word docs for my school work. I've also used it to scan and email certain documents. I've used it to photo copy IDs, etc. What I really wanted in a printer was a double sided print. I really hate being wasteful and wanted to have this feature to save on how much paper printed out. I signed up to receive the ink when the printer is running low. I do not use this on a daily basis, but it does get used often. I've only had to change the ink once. I think this second round of cartridges are still going strong.

Replaced a 10 yr old printer with this and am very impressed. Setup was very easy and controls are user friendly. Connected via Wi-Fi and we can now print right from our phones and tablets. Wi-Fi setup was the way to go as the printer is a bit big but knew that picking it up. Enrolled in the Instant Ink program and received replacement cartridges the next day. (Hadn't printed more than 3 pages.) Great deal!
