The printer replaced my HP 7520, that just wore out. Not as fancy as the HP 7520. The Envy Photo 6255 does the job for me. Quality is still there but in a different model. Problem with #64 XL Tri Color ink Cart. Loss of one color in the replacement from Standard #64 to XL #64. Needs watching. jd

We like the features it offers, such as print, fax, scan etc.. You are able to utilize from your desk top, laptop or even phone and print from all. The only tough part was getting all them to link, it took some time and a few attempts, but once done it works great.

I’m glad I bought this printer! The color is better, setting up the printer to your computer and WiFi is simple!

I was in need of a new printer as my old one was over 15 years old and wasn't going to work with the new Computer I got at Best Buy too. WOW, Can't believe how fast it is at printing. Does a lot of things but have to learn how to use it along the way now.

I needed a flat bed scanner for digitizing old family photos and this does the job. Prints easily from my laptop, have not tried printing from my smart phone yet. It is heavy and plastic but it sits on a shelf with no small children or animals around.

Much better than the HP Envy Photo 7855. That one wouldn't accept the fact that there was paper in the tray or that the tray was closed, so I exchanged for this printer instead. Haven't had any problems with print quality or performance of the printer. This is just a better printer.

After initial hiccup (had to replace as the 1st piece was faulty), doing a good job, like wireless printing from other devices n all. Tried few photo printings but was not very impressed. Will update review again after some heavy printing I intend to do in next few months.

Met all our family needs and more. Reasonable, price and good quality. We started using it right away and haven't stopped - copies, photos, itineraries - does it all, with speed and ease. I highly recommend this model to everyone and anyone. Plus they are on sale right now. Go and get one!

For a small business, this printer adds all the possible options and yet does not take a great deal of room. The copies are fast and crisp, and colors are vibrant. I had a previous HP printer that ran for thousands of copies. I can't imagine having my other system.

I was looking at a certain HP printer when I was approached by a HP sales person that just happened to be in the store at that time. She recommended this model based on my needs and I'm glad she did. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the printing and photo reproduction.

Installed and used immediately. Best Buy well help with the process should you need their help (no cost)

Didn't think you would be so easy to hook up to Bluetooth took me about 10 minutes and I was printing right after that then think it could be that simple great product recommend to a lot of people

Printer was easy to set up and has all the features you need for an at home printer. The ink usage is quite high and the printer is a little on the slow side to print. Using the PC app you can scan multiple pages and create one entire document which is a nice feature.

Good printer love the wireless feature from laptop, iPad and iPhone and it literally took less than 10 minutes to download the app to my phone (the app is free). Hooking it up to the WiFi was also a very easy process. The quality of the prints and scans are fine.

Nothing out of this world but this printer does exactly what I purchased it for. The ability to print photo's with different size sheets as well as scanning capabilities satisfies my need. Bought it on sale which makes the purchase even more worth it!

Great printer, I’ve owned for over a year with no issues. Print quality is good for a lower priced printer. Scanner works great and it is awesome to scan and print items from the HP app on my phone.

The printer is a wonderful advancement from the last one that I had. This one can receive e-mails or can be assessed wirelessly. I had an HP printer last, but it didn’t Have the capability of this one. Although this new one is inexpensive, it has been a tremendous upgrade.

Really like this printer. All functions work well. Only problem I encountered with the entire set up was that the HP Smart APP wouldn't work on it's own. Had to download HP Print Plu In APP. Then wireless printing worked very well.
