Prints Nice Enough but Glitchy

However, whenever I attempt a scan using software on PC, the printer display goes crazy, the unit locks up, and I have to restart it. After that, it works fine. But it happens every time I need to scan something. Reviews on line indicate that many other folks are having the same issue.

Great Printer at a Great Price!

I've been using it since Feb 2020 and have had no problems at all. I keep it here at home but can remote in to my office and it has no problem being remotely recognized. I'm on the $2.99 a month ink plan that allows me to carry over any unprinted documents. Love that, and for $6 I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad plan, but I bet I'll never need it. ;-)
