I am very happy with this printer. But even more than the printer, I am extremely happy with the service I always receive at my Best Buy Manalapan, NJ, both from the sales floor and the Geek Squad. All knowledgeable, friendly, patient people there. Their system of appointments for service works very well.

The touchscreen is a little slow to respond to inputs and occasionally lags or freezes every once in a while. The scanner cover is also a little flimsy, but this printer does everything we need it to--which is just the occasional print jobs every few weeks.

You know old people don’t like change. My HP printer was apparently affected when lightning took out my modem, router and two TVs! I didn’t need or want a new printer! Having to learn how to operate it! Today was a great day! Printed from my old Mac book and my Smart phone!

I purchased this printer after retiring from work and finding out that I needed to print important retirement papers. It was very easy to set up with in a few hours I had both printer and phone wireless connections. Great printer, I highly recommend it.

I purchased the ET-2550 because I didn’t want to replace ink cartridges anymore. I find that the ink containers are easy to refill, although a little messy and don’t seem to use as much ink as the cartridges do. I’m glad that I purchased this printer. Also, Epson has a good support line.

I like this printer. This is an upgrade from my last HP printer and this is so much nicer. Only had a small problem with the setup but once I got the entire software package downloaded, it went smoothly. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Set up was easy and it works well with both our laptops. I like the convenience of only two ink cartridges and still have great color. Having a scanner built in really helps with furniture space.

I bought this printer for my 95 year old mother to replace one that stopped working. I like this one because I have had good luck with HP products and the price was low. Also, it had similar features to the one she had, easy to get used to.

We couldn't just buy one HP printer so we bought another one for my wife's mom. her mom just loves her new HP printer. She is 92 years young and can work the printer like a 30 year old.

I Love this printer does everything I need right here in the privacy of my home. So happy I got a great deal it’s hooked Up to my other devices and computer zero issues . HP definitely does make good products.

I like this printer however it uses a lot a ink when you use the printer to copy because I don't think you can change to draft. When printing from the computer you can change it but you have to check because it is not always set to draft

I bought this as a 2nd printer in my home since the ink for the one I already have cost more then I paid for this. Setup was easy and the wireless is fast. I don't do a whole lot of printing as it is, but so far I am pleased.

This is a great printer for small infrequent print jobs. I am a student and I print a lot. This printer does not handle what I need to print. It costs too much to continue to replace the ink cartridge over and over during a semester.

I received my new printer very quickly and was able to work with it and understand it in a short time. The photographic quality is very good. I like my new ENVY Photo 6255 Wireless All-In-One printer very much and highly recommend it!

I now have two HP Envy Printers in my household. It proves that I like this product. I recommend this printer to folks on a budget. The only drawback is the shell can be hard to open for paper and cartridges.

Great printer for home however the ink cartridges are so small. The black is fine but the color cartridge doesn’t last very long and when it’s out you can’t even print in b&w.

It took an excessive amount of time to install this printer. Following the instructions to the tee did not work out well. Fortunately, the I found the answer on Google. Now that printer is installed, it works great.

Basic all in one printer. No frills, not even a color command screen but it has all the functionality needed for home or small size office use. Good choice if purchased on a sale price well below list.

This printer does everything needed for a home printer. The only small negative is that it is a bit bigger and bulkier than I expected. But that wouldn't keep me from buying it since the price is right.

I was going to buy another printer but the HP rep was in the store when I visited and recommended the printer I purchased instead. I like the ink program but the printer is very loud when printing - the wheel turning that guides the paper out is what makes the noise. Print quality is okay though and print speed is okay.
