The setup, the process, thr troubleshooting - it is agonizing. You have to do reset connections so many times to get the printer to do what you want, and it still is not a very consistent connection. I also hate that the software or drivers can’t recognize it is the same printer but just with two connections - wired and wireless. So when you print something, you have to guess which printer listed in the options will print. I never had this problem with my Brother laser printers. You plug them in, and they just show up on the network with no other messing around with it. With HP, it feels like they really want you to call tech support every time. If it wasn’t for my wife needing an inkjet printer, I would steer clear from HP.
