The only thing I have go wrong with it was the ink dried out for some weird reason. I have never seen that before. I swear they are making these printers worst and worst each year.

MY MAIN ISSUES: I was hopeful for the "wireless" aspect but found more often than not it printed only from my desktop, and while printing on regular 8.5 x 11 I had a lot of problems with the print quality both color or black and white. I wish I had a better experience, since most family members love HP. but found myself frustrated and got rid of it a little over a year and a half later.

Colors and detail are a little washed out but overall a nice printer. Be prepared to change ink cartridges often. I printed like 10 photos and already was low on ink..

This Envy photo all in one printer was easy to install on my wireless network, comes with two packages of ink, a package of photo paper 4x6 and a 3 month trial of HP instant ink replacement service. One of my favorite features of this printer is printing photos directly from my iPhone, the photos looks amazing, just make sure to download the HP app on your phone to help you print, scan and sharing the printer with other devices through your wireless network. With the HP intant ink service you don't have to worry about running out of ink, the printer will order ink before you almost empty, this is great service from HP and cheaper. HP offers monthly plans for this service and you can cancel anytime without any extra fees. HP ink service is base on how many pages you print every month. Great product!

Then after only 9 months I could not get it to power on after I had gone on vacation. It had been unplugged. HP was great in that they are replacing the printer under the warrenty. I love HP products so this may have been the exception rather than the rule. It did make nice prints but I never used the photo option since I planned on doing that over the holidays and couldn't get it to turn on.
