    I am constantly have print quality issues with this product. I’ve done several printer head cleanings and replaced ink cartridges 3 times as well. Still unreadable and past the warranty due to COVID was unable to return. Ugh!!

    Constantly saying out of paper when it’s full. Then jams itself with 5 pieces of paper. Tired of working so hard to get one print. Also ink cartridges dry out quickly if not printing a lot. Not suitable for home use. I’ve really given it a try, but not working out.

    Salesman recommended this printer, i wanted something for working at home for a few months. It is too big and it goes thru ink like crazy. Once I am back in the office I am getting rid of this printer

    I only used this printer a few times. It started printing sporadically On each page. I did not purchase a plan to help If something went wrong. Lost a lot of money.

    Everytime I attempted to print, I would receive an error message saying there was no paper. I would add more, take some out, didn't matter how much or how little was in the tray. Returned it! Price was great but maybe this is why!

    Didn't like this printer. After about three months, it stopped printing photos well. This is the second HP printer that went bad on me within months of purchase. I will never buy another HP printer.

    Let’s just say that I purchased this printer And had to call best buy for a replacement the same day I received it. Two months later the printer replacement had issues also I wouldn’t recommend

    An XL black cartridge on our old printer lasted months. We got 3 weeks out of our first XL cartridge. And no, I’m NOT talking about the one that came with the machine. I’m talking about a genuine HP 64xl cartridge.

    Don’t waste your money or your time This printer wasn’t very poor example of a printer. If function properly. The warranty repair is very poor. And Customer Service does it feel you.

    It took my 21 yr old granddaughter and me 2 hours on the phone with HP to get this properly installed. And I still have problems getting it to work properly. May I suggest that you buy something else.

    I bought the printer to print out my own photo;s but I did not realize how much ink it would take up. Ii wish I had bought the less expensive one which would have served my needs

      First, I have a few suggestions for lowering overall ink consumption. To start, I recommend using the printer's draft mode, as this can often improve ink usage. Following that, you could also set the printer to print black and white only. If you still find you're using quite a bit, Instant Ink is another option to consider.     Bad Choice

    Returned it within a day . The paper holder does not keep the paper flat so it curled. The only way to use it is to not keep paper laded ready to go but load it each time you want to print

    I've had 5 different hp printers in the last decade. I'd take any of my older ones over this. Slow to print and hard to connect to most the time.
