Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer is rendering prints of poor quality. I can understand why that would be a great disappointment and a big frustration, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, I recommend following the steps listed in this guide to improving print quality, including faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly, and blurred or fuzzy text:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05551181
If the problem persists, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Posted .Hey Kate,
I’m so sorry to hear about these issues you’ve experienced with off-color prints. I can definitely imagine how disappointing this has been, so let's see if I can help make some improvements with a few tips.
Since it sounds like the issue at hand is poor print quality, what I'd suggest is following the guidelines listed in this document: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05551181
If this doesn't improve the quality of the prints, I hope you'll reach out to us for support again. HP printers do have a 1-year warranty from their date of purchase, so you might consider making use of it. You can reach out to us anytime via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

Posted .Hey Kevin,
I'm sorry to hear that the printer has been performing so inconsistently with regards to ink consumption, connectivity, and print quality. This is far from the reliable experience we intend on delivering, so I regret that we let you down. To that end, I'd love to see how I can help resolve these issues for you.
First, I have a few suggestions for lowering overall ink consumption. To start, I recommend using the printer's draft mode, as this can often improve ink usage. Following that, you could also set the printer to print black and white only. If you still find you're using quite a bit, Instant Ink is another option to consider. Many customers like our available plans, as they're based on how many pages you print monthly. If your printer usage is minimal, Instant Ink also offers a subscription plan that allows you to print 15 pages a month for free. For more details, you can visit this link: HPinstantink.com
Then, the following link will help guide you through solutions to a wide range of wireless troubles: hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=Printer_Does_Not_Maintain_Wireless_Connection.net
Finally, this print quality improvement guide should resolve any issues with low quality prints: support.hp.com/document/c05551181
If this hasn't helped, please don't hesitate to contact us for support. We would be more than happy to explore some other solutions with you. You can get in touch anytime via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

Posted .Hi there,
I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the print speed. This printer should have a print speed ISO: Up to 13 ppm black, up to 8 ppm color.
If you weren't seeing this speed, our support team would have been happy to help remedy that.

Nice all In one printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the printer. Great quality and almost borderless. The few downsides and why not a 5 star. It does not have the top scaner. So must scan or copy 1 page at a time. And I wish they would make the screen a bit larger. Trying to input pw for wifi and it's like the old flip phones. To get a r for instance you have to press the related button 3 times. It kept not letting me that. Prefer a bigger screen with an actual keyboard. I do love that it has a phone app so it makes things easier.

Great Multi Use Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for a solid no frills works as advertised printer then here you go The HP Envy 6255 works great. It was very easy to set up and so far has been very easy to use. I can use it my PC like a normal printer and also very easily print my phone. The printer is not going to be as good as some of the higher end ones when it comes to the level of detail for photos but I dont need it for that and I would not buy this one if you were looking for something like that. I mainly use it for work and so far it has been great. could not recommend it more.

Great Printer, Great Price, Good Photos
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer is simply a good, solid printer for general use - and especially if that includes photo printing. It was easy to set up - including the wifi print features. Ink was simple to install and the auto-order feature for receiving more ink when you need it will work well for me. It has a limited paper quantity (if you print more than small jobs) which is fine for my use. The photo colors are vibrant. The added photo-size paper feeder is helpful and the scan / copy features are standard. All-in-all, a good mix of features for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend
