This computer is fast easy to navigate. Has so many features ,my favorite is lit keys.

First time using a laptop so getting used to it compared to a desktop computer. Need to download some items using a thumb drive - have not done that yet. Monitor portion is a very clear picture. Having to get used to using the touchscreen and the "tablet" pad - making some errors in figuring how to do things like right click, etc. that I would do with a mouse. Instructions with the product were not very helpful.

I picked this computer up for a relative. They needed to check email and surf the web. This laptop is capable of much more. I found it fast and quiet. The screen was sharp and bright. The keyboard was a little small for me but ok for them. The on/off power switch was hidden on the top row of the keyboard. Other then that I had no issues.

Im happy with my purchase of a new laptop from Best Buy. And my Geek Squad tech was smazing. He was knowledgable and thourough andcompleted my set-up quickly.

I've had this laptop for over 3 weeks now and unable to use it due to the Geek Squads feeble attempt to move my programs and files to this laptop from my old computer. They made a complete mess on this laptop creating duplicate files and UTC stamped files that have no purpose. I've had them out to fix this once with no success. The last time I scheduled they cancelled and asked me to reschedule. Looking forward to the day I can use this laptop. Once I get this issue fixed its goodbye to the Geek Squad!

After years of only owning a desktop, I am thrilled with my laptop. Very user friendly and fast.

Great bang for your buck. Quick, efficient, though the battery does go quicker with the resolution of the screen quality.

Great 2 in 1 laptop. Picked this up on sale. Can’t complain at all. Battery life is decent with fast charging. Excellent for performing basic task. RAM & storage space can also be upgraded if needed which is a plus.

Best Buy in Elizabethtown, KY must have gotten a bad batch. My HP Envy x360 kept having internet access and wireless adapter issues. It later crashed 43 days later with an automatic repair blue screen boot loop. I was given a replacement x360 and two days later I am having the same wifi adapter, access point issues. I really wanted to enjoy this computer, but I will not get another and hope for a refund.

Adapting to Windows 11 was a bigger challenge than anticipated. Geek Squad service was terrific as always I definitely recommend it!!!

I like this computer for the small amount of work I use it for but the possibilities are endless for any of my future needs!
