    Terrible experience with this HP Envy. Numerous issues with the wifi card. I travel for work and the wifi card had several malfunction issues. Had it in for service two times within the first 6 months for the same issue. I replaced with a Dell Inspiron and have been very happy.

    I bought this 12/22/22 as a gift for my mother and I’ve only used it once to set it up a couple weeks ago. Second use was today and it wouldn’t allow me to log in. It keeps saying error try again later. I regret spending my money on this. I’ll never buy a HP product again
