Love this laptop. Very fast. And the keyboard is amazing.

Computer works very well for what I need it to do, but I noticed the icons on the task bar blinking on and off as I am using the computer which makes me think I purchased computer with some issues because it was a return and I wasn't told if it had issues. I was told it was checked but not if any issues were found. I would recommend purchasing a new item, never used.

Overall the laptop is good, however we are having a problem booting it up. We have had it less than a month. Had to bring it back for Geek Squad to help which they are doing gratis. They reinstalled the operating system and notified us to come get it however when we arrived for pick up it took over half hour till the person returned without it. I was informed that they ere just doing a final test and saw the keyboard wasn't working, & they were going to have to get the drivers from HP to reinstall. We are waiting for that to occur. I feel the final test should have been performed prior to being told it was ready for pickup.

Does everything we need. Love the 2-in-1 for tablet mode.

staff at the geek squad were very helpful. The laptop I bought was found to be faulty and before I picked it up I was called and offered a replacement. It was quite difficult for me but staff were flexible and allowed me to schedule sooner than available times to meet my urgent need

This computer met my expectations and more! There are so many amazing features. I love the 360 screen for watching movies. The fingerprint scanner is pretty cool and it has more than enough memory for my school work and some family stuff. The color is sleek and catchy.

Laptop exceeds my expectations. It's got a great keyboard with a good amount of feedback and as a writer that's important to me. The wide screen works well for me. I look forward to my laptop time!!
