Too dim to enjoy this laptop

I work at nights coding so this is a big deal to me.

Bluetooth is Useless

They keep disconnecting for half a second before coming back, and have been effectively made useless. This is now the second device I’ve bought from Best Buy that was defective. Not completely worth the price if it can’t even hold a Bluetooth connection for more than five seconds.
