Laptop works good, love that it is touch screen and can be turned into a tablet!

When I purchased this brand new laptop, I discovered a dead monitor (screen) pixel after owning it for only about 10 days or so with very light usage. Removal of the bottom cover to access any of the hardware to upgrade (like the RAM) is very difficult to remove. You can very easily break off the bottom cover inside clips, even while using proper plastic tools meant for the job, preventing the bottom cover from ever being able to go back on properly and flush. Also, the bottom screws to remove the bottom cover are hidden underneath annoying rubber strips that you must also remove. Once you do get everything removed, the RAM slots are very difficult to get to, hidden underneath lots of tape-like material and a metal cover that is very sharp and can easily cut you like a razor if you're not careful. For those reasons mentioned above, I returned this laptop to Best Buy and exchanged it for a MacBook Pro with an M1 processor, and I'm very happy with my decision. What a huge difference in quality! I would not recommend this laptop. If it were not for the issues I had experienced above, I would say that this is an average rated laptop if everything was working properly.

Exactly what my son needed for his college and gaming needs.

I love this computer. The only things i dont like is when you copy and paste it doesnt always get every letter. The sound doesnt get very loud also. The brightness is perfect, im visually impaired and the screen works well for me. I only wish the keyboard lit up. But other thans those issues the computer works well for me, im a srudent so its a good computer its fast and solid so far ive only had it less than a month.
