Had a problem with Settings on Microsoft 10, had to get in-home help; then take back to store for "reset" - but worked fine after that! Everyone was very helpful!

The laptop is nice and sturdy, it doesn't feel cheap like other HP models. The user experience is great with the 360 rotating screen and a dedicated tablet mode.

This laptop replaced my 7 year old Toshiba which just couldn't keep up with my needs and demands anymore. What a difference this laptop has made for my business and everyday use. Nice sleek thin streamlined look, so much lighter, and no fan or hard drive noise. Didn't realize what technology I was missing out on with the 7 year old laptop. Very pleased with the performance of this laptop!

The HP Envy x360 laptop is a super-fast laptop, plus it has a beautiful HD LED display. It was easy to set up using a setup wizard that activated upon first use. I'd recommend installing the updates from HP; one of these got rid of the pop-up message about the power supply that other reviewers have mentioned.

Very nice 2-N-1 HP. Does all that we need it to do and it more than meets our needs. Screen has great resolution and the touch screen is great when in tablet mode. Only issue is with Geek Squad. We paid for data transfer from old tablet to the new one. Most, not all, data got transferred and I had to complete the data transfer, mostly pictures, myself. Other than that, no complaints.

Easy set up and no problems after the first week. Lightweight so travels well.

Loving my HP Envy Laptop! So many great features! One of my favorite things about this laptop is the number keypad on the right side yet still also available on top. I enjoy having the option to use the touch screen to make things a little faster. Having the light up keyboard is very useful and helpful for late night work. The screen is nice and big and has a beatiful dispaly!

Great for college students. Love the touch option, and it's lightweight

I like the HP products. The touch screen is nice in many instances, but it is sometimes frustrating when shutting down for the day and touch the restart button instead of the shut down key. I was used to a solid state memory on my Lenovo because it booted up faster. One of the keyboard buttons fell off, but it was easy to replace with a new one.

Good computer, Easy to use and I like the portability. I purchased a mouse because I do not like the finger pad to navigate.
