Initially got the core i5 version with 12GB RAM but went back to substitute for the i7 version with 16GB RAM. I have only had it for few days and so far everything appears great. There have been numerous complaints about an information displayed on screen charging the laptop with the 45W power adaptor that came with it but this can be easily resolved by downloading the latest version of the BIOS update.

This was a gift from my husband. Lightweight and thin. Love the look and the new features with Windows. Full keyboard which is great but the keys themselves leave me wanting when I compare them to a few others I tried. Battery life also leaves me wanting more... it doesn’t seem to last long and I don’t have a bunch of stuff running - that I’m aware of ...

This computer has proven its worth. Perfect for on the go or work at home. I've been able to browse the web, work in Office, and various other activities with ease. The touch screen is incredibly responsive and its been a blast learning all the extra features this thing is packed with. I greatly recommend this product!

Really prefer having a touch-screen laptop and this HP Envy was a good purchase. I like the wide 15.6" screen in case you want to watch a show/movie. The outer covering is not plastic so is more durable and the laptop is lightweight and thin less than 1". The keyboard has a backlit option when using in dark settings.

I needed a new computer and I love the one I got! Works great for my in home business and for when I’m out of the house.

I like the bigger touch screen and that it is very lightweight.

Very portable and easy to use for college students to take to class and get what they need to get done on this computer.

My wife is absolutely thrilled with this computer. It's fast, easy to use, has lots of capability, all the features you could want, gorgeous screen images, very good battery life - the list goes on and on. It's quicker to start up than my recently purchased desktop. Wish I had thought to buy myself one instead.

I have not been able to use it yet, but I am anxious to try the pen. I think I will enjoy the laptop because it has a larger hard drive.

I was in debate on which computer to get for nursing school. I had an associate continue to help me after reviewed on line. The one i was stuck on only would provide enough memory for the program and no others. Since I am also starting a business.

We had an all in one and was debating on a laptop and so glad we did. Takes up less room (obviously) and has more “storage” than our old one and we can take it with us when we are on the road.. we always stay with HP..would recommend this laptop.

It is a little slower than I expected but I am pleased thus far. HP tech support has been helpful with getting set up. I am deeply hurt that Microsoft no longer provides the MS office software package as in years past. We should not have to purchase it separately. It seems to be a good value, too.... Proud HP Envy owner for about 6 to 8 weeks.

Used for editing photos and general internet use. Wish the update box would not appear everytime I turn on the computer but oh well I guess I could just shut that off. Case is kind of week like it actually bends when you pick up the computer. Touch screen is awesome. All in all well worth the money.

Laptop tablet you get them both plenty of storage and speed

I brought this product 2 years ago and I seriously LOVE it!!! Didn't have any issues at all, the memory is out of this world. I used it for last years of college and now due to the pandemic, I am working from home and doing zoom class.
