I brought this product 2 years ago and I seriously LOVE it!!! Didn't have any issues at all, the memory is out of this world. I used it for last years of college and now due to the pandemic, I am working from home and doing zoom class.

Great screen size. Backlit keyboard. Plenty of memory (I leave a lot of open tabs on Chrome which is known to be a memory hog). I also run simultaneously an Android simulator as well as OpenOffice. Processor speed has been good. Only thing I could change down the line would be HD for a SSD.

First laptop after owning desktop. Easy to use. Salesperson knew exactly what I need. In store Set up took a day well worth it

I bought this for my wife as she is returning to school. So far it has been everything we was looking for.

I finally made the plunge. My old lap top is 10 years old. I love my new one. So much power and memory. I had an issue in the beginning, but the Geek Squad showed me what I did. Ooops. I love HP, last three computers we HP/Compaq. Best buy has been my go to for technology. Love Best Buy

I truly love every function of my new laptop. It is practical, easy to use, fast, and has a great look. The fact that it is touch screen is a huge plus for me. The battery runs well. It has a large screen, which I personally love.

My mom and I each bought this laptop, for different purposes and we are each pleased with our purchases.

We purchased two of these when they were on sale & they are worth every cent. Fast & easy to use. The only negative I would say is it takes a little bit to get used to the keyboard & mousepad. You can purchase a cheap wireless mouse if you want. We've been used to using Apple, so there was a little adjustment needed.

While this computer does not set the world on fire, it does a great job. It is a bargain for the price.

Made just for me!! Waited a long time to get the laptop I wanted.

We reviewed the specs on similar laptops and decided that this model was the best option for our needs. One thing I do like is the option to go to a SSD hard drive at a later time to provide even faster speed for the laptop. Still, speed is not an issue. Very pleased with my purchase.

I've had this for a few months. So far, so good. Still learning about the platform. But meets all my expectations.

The particular configuration that I bought seem to make little sense.... Maybe this is why they where selling it at a $200 discount when I bought it. Some of the components are pretty solid, but are paired with a 1tb HDD that made the 8th gen i5 crawl just to open a file. Setting up the machine and doing the required Windows updates was a royal pain, especially for someone used to Macs. After a week I decided to add a 256gb PCIe M.2 SSD for $75 and make a fresh Win 10 install to limit the HP bloatware to the minimum. The difference was amazing. Now the laptop flies and opening programs is a breeze. And the final cost was less than $700. The screen is still too glossy, the trackpad tends to play up if I mulititap at a certain angle and let’s face it, it is not a premium laptop, but it does what I need for the price I was willing to pay.

This Laptop is everything I expected it to be. It works great. No problems at all. I love it.
