I got two of these for my grand daughters. They are both in high school. They love them. They like that they can use them as a tablet or a laptop. They love the back lit keyboard. They said that will be nice when they are up late for homework.

I had a Dell laptop for about 12 years (I’m told that’s a LONG time for a Dell) we went in to buy another Dell, but we saw this HP & liked all the extras with it, the touch screen, flip screen, etc. & thought we’d give it a shot. WE LOVE IT!!

Purchased for my kids. Excellent for school work and gaming. They love it!!!

This computer is excellent for those who use the instrument for communication, accounting, all web sites. it is light, easy to use and I have never had a problem with it. I recommend it to anyone who does not require sophisticated graphics, etc.

This is a great laptop! I live the design and everything about feel smooth.

Priced right good speakers and great pictures and you can’t beat the price

Laptops has came a long ways since I last bought one in 2010. My last HP literally lasted 10 years.. I've had no issues. Pretty quick setup and is touch screen too. I wish it had a CD-Rom but that's fine.

My son loves this laptop. He is able to use it as a tablet or laptop. He won't be able to live without the touch screen anymore. I recommend you get the full coverage. My kiddo is clumsy and broke the screen. The warranty took care of that.

Worth buying. Audio is not great even though it is a branded one. Other features are good.

I purchased this computer as a gift for my husband. We had trouble setting it up and finally took it back. A staff member looked at it and found there was some issue that they couldn't fix onsite. We had to exchange it for a new one. I'm not sure what the issue was, but the screen would just go black as if it had been shut down, but it was happening without us actually doing the shut down operation. The second computer has been performing well for us. The support staff at Best Buy was great in helping with the exchange and set up. I'd rate this higher if we hadn't had the inconvenience of the exchange.

Awesome laptop for my family. Does perfect for my wife's school work through online college. And great gaming for my kids. Touch screen is a novelty to us, but comfortable to my kids.

I use laptops for personal use but I still want them to be fast and easy to navigate. This laptop has had beautiful picture quality and has yet to give me issue. It's lightweight but doesn't feel fragile. It's sleek while being practical.

Love it, I would recommend to family and friends. This extra in my review makes no sense

Good laptop for someone for someone who is not familiar with a laptop.

Versatile, long battery life, nice picture. Bought this as a family computer but also for our son to do his online schooling. Works great for him. We really like the touchscreen & glad we spent the extra $$ on the 2 n 1. Comes in handy.

I love the 12 gb RAM and the hard drive space of 1 TB in this laptop.
