Great laptop for your money! Should upgrade to Ssd for better speed!

It’s a very sleek and compact computer but has a large enough screen and a pretty fast processor. Love being able to use the the touch screen feature for quicker results than always having to deal with the mouse. Great picture quality

It is great for the on the go person. I work out of a vehicle, so the touch screen helps a lot. Being able to flip the unit around in different positions and atill use it like a tablet is great.

I purchased this laptop after using one that was purchased for my Voluteer fire department. I love that it can go from a laptop to a tablet. It screen is bright and clear. I use it for writing reports and research and it does everything I need.

Great functions, not to big and not to small, touchscreen so you don’t always have to use a mouse or the built in track pad, the ability to close it with the screen facing out to use as a tablet is amazing

First few days a dead pixel appeared, so it lead me to have to exchange for a new one. Aside from that great features and model and has all the things I need. Just wish the first model was better and didnt have to go to the trouble of exchanging.

So far so good. I’ve had this laptop for about a month. It’s easy to carry, lightweight. It looks super sleek. I absolutely love the fact that there’s an actual number keypad. The tablet feature is great. All in all very happy with my purchase

I require high performance computer equipment for my job, as 99% of my work is from my computer. I have a desktop computer, but when I travel I use a laptop and this one does the job as well as my desktop computer.

I purchased this computer new a few months ago. It has been gently used as I own 2 other laptops. After a few months of very gentle use, the hinge broke. I've been super careful with this laptop and this is not physical damage that I caused, it's a design flaw. A few years ago, there were multiple lawsuits about this design flaw and HP repaired it for free. You can google "HP hinge lawsuit." When I called HP warranty services, they said that the damage is the result of physical damage that I inflicted and that the repair is not covered under warranty. Super disappointed to say the least and will not purchase any more additional HP products. #metoohp
